Register/Login with Existing Account
Check your email for the verification and enter the code, set a password for your account. Finally set your exact GPS location where you will install the Rafiki Security Kit, and select rooms, Click on "Save" to complete registration.
How do i add members to my account?
Users can share devices with family members.
Click on your account avatar/icon at the top right corner. Then select the member/device/room.
This option will open a new screen with the location description and a list of members currently on the account.
At the bottom is an option to add a new member by inputting their email address.
NB Those being invited to that account need to have downloaded and registered on the Rafiki by Securex App.

Yes. You sure can, all members being added to an account are given specific roles that limit their freedom within the account. This will be determined by the account owner.
How to set up cloud storage
We offer cloud storage for alarm recording and video footage.
- Click on your profile at the top left red circular avatar - Select the standard plan option - You should see a blank page written no data - Click on "more" at the top right - Select the first cloud storage option for 1 camera storage (Ksh 349 billed monthly) - Select the second cloud storage option for 3 cameras option (more than 1 and at most 3 cameras supported Ksh 849 billed monthly)
Alarm recordings on cloud storage
Alarm recordings and pictures are automatically saved to the cloud 24/, without fear of equipment damage or loss of recordings.
Encryption transmission and storage
Double encryption scheme, which separately encrypts data and transmission channels to ensure data security from transmission to storage.

Supports multi terminal devices to view the cloud video, easy to view anytime and anywhere, without missing any alarm moment.

1. The device works with 2.4G WiFi only which is any normal home Wi-Fi connection.
2. The Wi-Fi network is not good, try to keep the camera near the the Wi-Fi router when setting up.
3. The Wi-Fi password is wrong. Please check if there are any special characters in the password, or the network is specially encrypted.
You can view your camera from anywhere, as long as the camera is connected to the internet and you have the internet connection on your smart device.
Our cameras and platform support both SD card recording and cloud storage. You can either purchase the SD card or activate the cloud storage subscription on the Rafiki by Securex App.
When the SD card is full the camera automatically erases the oldest footage to create space for the new recordings.
Please check the network connection of your phone and the Wi-Fi router. If the network signal is not strong you may need to move the router closer to the device, or invest in an extender.
Yes it can. Recording is triggered by detected motions. You can adjust the sensitivity or disable motion detection in the settings menu.
The person you want to share to must download the Rafiki by Securex app and register. After that there are two ways to share, scan the QR code or invite them to your account by going to members, adding them by name and email them giving them a role.
