Search for “Rafiki By Securex" app in App store/Google play, or scan the QR code below to download.
Register/Login with Existing Account
If you do not have an App account yet, you can register an account using your email .
Click “Register”, enter Privacy Policy page on Rafiki by Securex App, click "Agree" to Agree and enter to the registration page for E-mail address. (The registration can only be done by email, cannot use mobile phone number).
Check your email for the verification and enter the code, set a password for your account. Finally set your exact GPS location where you will install the Rafiki Security Kit, and select rooms, Click on "Save" to complete registration.

Attention before add device
The panel only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi network. Before configure Wi-Fi, please set the router parameters. All home and office WI-FIs are within the required parameters. When configuring Wi-Fi, ensure your router, mobile and device are as close as possible for quick configuration of the device.
Get ready
Know your wi-fi network and password.
Make sure your wi-fi network is available and supports either 2.4GHz or 5GHz.
Add device :
Open the Rafiki by Securex App, click + on the top right corner of the page "HOME" under armed, then select smart camera.
Make sure the indicator light on the device is flashing red quickly, then press the "Next step"
The camera will also do a full pan and tilt rotation to indicate that it is ready to be connected.
Read the instructions about how to scan the camera and click continue.
Scan the QR code on your phone with the camera. You will hear a beeping prompt to show the camera has been discovered and is connecting. Click "Heard a prompt" to proceed
When the indicator light of the camera turns from red to green that shows that the camera has been connected successfully.
