CONNECT AND CONFIGURE

1. Connect Wi-Fi for Alarm Panel.

The panel only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi network. Before configure Wi-Fi, please set the router parameters. The Wi-Fi password should not contain special characters of ~!@#$%^&*(). When configuring Wi-Fi, make sure your router, mobile and device are as close as possible for a quick configuration of the device. Ensure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection, same connection that will be used by the Alarm Panel.

Please connect the power adapter and turn on the switch of the alarm panel. There are two ways to make the panel connect with WIFI.

  • The first way to make panel connect with WIFI:

Click on add device. Then select “Auto Scan ” next is the configure network step. Enter the Wi-Fi password and click next.

At the same time, please press CDDE button of the panel and hold around 3 seconds, the alarm panel will beep 6 times, the alarm panel will blink (Learning Mode), then release 【CDDE】key. In the App you should able to see the alarm panel, click  "Next". And then the status indicator of panel will flash quickly, and the host enters the network configuration state.               

After the panel connects to WIFI successfully, then you can edit the device name and choose a scene (room) that you prefer.

  •  The second way to make panel connect with WIFI:

Click on add device.  Then select “ADD Manually” and “More...” Then select “Security and Sensors”, next select “Alarm WI-FI” and click it. The configure network step is next. Enter the Wi-Fi password and click next.

At the same time, please press CDDE button of the panel and hold around 3 seconds, the alarm panel will beep 6 times, then release 【CDDE】key. And then the status indicator of panel will flash quickly, and the host enters the network configuration state.

After the panel connected WIFI successfully, then you can edit the device name and choose a scene (room) that you prefer.

2. Adding remotes and detectors with the panel via APP

  • Please choose the Alarm panel which you want to add sensors .
  • Select the “accessories” button
  • Press the remote control to add, separate and bring together the magnetic contacts to add and turn on the motion detector and wave your hand above it to add.
  • Edit name of Remote/detectors e.g. to represent the door or room it will be used.
  • Delete remote/detectors by using the delete icon on the detectors name
